2. Legal Basis and Objective

This statement is issued in accordance with § 12 BFSG in conjunction with § 4 BITV 2.0 and the harmonized standard EN 301 549.
The RH Group is committed to achieving full accessibility for all digital offerings by December 31, 2025.

3. Methodology and Accessibility Status

Status as of June 10, 2025:

Some websites have already been fully implemented in an accessible manner. Additional sites are in active technical optimization or scheduled for complete redevelopment (e.g., CMS migration).
Full implementation of all measures will be completed step-by-step by December 31, 2025.

4. Non-Accessible Content

• PDF documents without an accessible structure
• Missing or insufficient alternative text for images
• Limited keyboard navigability of certain modules
• Missing semantic markup (e.g., ARIA roles)
• Insufficient color contrast
• Limited compatibility with screen readers

5. Accessible Alternatives

Users who cannot fully access content may request it by phone or email. Upon request, we provide information in alternative formats.

6. Disproportionate Burden (§ 4 (2) BFSG)

Some external content (e.g., booking systems, maps, YouTube videos) is currently not accessible because it lies outside our editorial and technical control.
Ensuring full accessibility would result in a disproportionate economic burden. We continue to encourage our third-party providers to improve accessibility.

7. Content Outside the Scope

According to § 2 (3) BFSG, the following are excluded:

• Third-party content (Google Maps, reservation tools, YouTube)
• Temporary legacy content published before June 28, 2025
• Content outside the editorial control of the RH Group

This statement was created on June 10, 2025, based on a self-assessment in accordance with EN 301 549, conducted by the internal web and digital team of HRG Hospitality B.V. & Co. KG.
